Wednesday, January 31st, 2007Lately we have had a few people tell us they left us a phone message but we hadn’t received them. Eventually we discovered that Telstra had activated MessageBank® without telling us, so the “missing” messages were all at Telstra. We phoned them up and managed to retrieve the messages and then cancel the service. No apologies for the inconvenience of course…
