Bak Kut Teh
Friday, November 30th, 2007Yesterday we went to lunch in KL and ate Bak Kut Teh which is a local delicacy. It is a soup with pork, mushrooms and some sort of lettuce and was very nice. It also contained pig intestines ! The thought of eating them was far worse than their actual taste. They had the taste of the soup and a soft texture like firm tofu.
