Tuesday, April 14th, 2009Our family of “strong men” featured in The Advertiser newspaper a couple of weeks ago, The Courier newspaper last week and on A Current Affair last week. You can see the video here. I appear a couple of times briefly (look for the handsome bloke in the wide rimmed hat).
The A Current Affair article was actually quite a good report. Previously when I have been closely involved with something appearing on TV, I have found that the report has only had a vague resemblance to reality. In this case, the reporting was quite good.
Note that in the interview when Ben says the heaviest he has carried is 190kg, he means 190kg per hand!
